The flame-retardant board （FR MDF）is made of wood as the main raw material, with uniform internal structure, high compressive strength and good dimensional stability. This kind of board not only maintains the excellent performance, processing performance and decorative function of traditional wood-based panels, but also has five characteristics: flame retardancy, smoke suppression, corrosion resistance, insect resistance and stability, and has strong practicability.
Advantages of FR MDF/Fire Resistant MDF
1.Excellent flame retardant performance: Comply with the B1 regulations of GB8624-2012 "Classification of Combustion behavior of Building Materials and Products".
2.Excellent environmental protection performance: the amount of formaldehyde released reaches the level of E0 and E1 in GB18580-2017 "Limits of formaldehyde release in wood-based panels and their products for interior decoration materials"
3. High strength: The internal bonding strength is more than 50% higher than the "superior product" stipulated in GB/T11718-2021 "Medium Density Fiberboard".
4. Low hygroscopicity: lower than the requirements of GB/T11718-2021 "Medium Density Fiberboard" "superior product".
5. The processing performance is the same as that of ordinary fiberboard, does not damage the cutter, and has good sound-absorbing effect.
