Plain MDF
The most advanced flat pressing production line in the world. Therefore, the physical performance is higher and better than that of MDF. Its density is usually above 800kg/M3. The high-density fiberboard produced has reached 930kg/M3, which has reached the advanced level of similar products in Europe and America.
The board surface texture is fine and smooth. When the ambient temperature and humidity change, the size stability is good, and the surface decoration treatment is easy.
The internal organizational structure is fine, especially with dense edges, which can be processed into various special-shaped edges, and it is not necessary to directly paint the edges, so that a better modeling effect can be achieved.
The organizational structure is uniform and the inside and outside are consistent, so the surface can be carved and processed into decorative lines of various sections, which is suitable for replacing natural wood as structural materials.
Fiberboard is a kind of man-made board made of wood fiber or other plant fibers with urea formaldehyde resin or other applicable adhesives. As it is soft and impact resistant, it has high strength, uniform density after pressing, and is easy to reprocess, but its disadvantage is poor water resistance.
Advantages
1.Fiberboard is easy to be coated. All kinds of coatings and paints can be evenly coated on the fiberboard, which is the preferred substrate for paint effect.All kinds of wood veneer, adhesive tape film, veneer, light metal sheet and other materials of fiberboard can be glued on the surface of fiberboard, with excellent physical properties, uniform materials and no dehydration problem.
2. Fiberboard is fine and dense, stable in performance, firm in edge, easy to shape, and free from decay, moth eaten and other problems. It is superior to chipboard in bending strength and impact strength.
Disadvantages
The biggest disadvantage of fiberboard is that it is not moisture-proof and will swell when it sees water. When using density skirting board, door jamb board and window sill board, attention should be paid to painting on six sides, so as to avoid deformation. Fiberboard has a large growth rate and deformation while encountering water, and the deformation under long-term load is larger than that of homogeneous strong wood particle board.
