Significant advantages
The surface shavings of oriented strand board are arranged longitudinally, and the core shavings are arranged transversely. This criss-cross arrangement reorganizes the wood grain structure, completely eliminates the influence of wood internal stress on processing, and makes it have extraordinary ease of processing and moisture resistance.
The main feature of OSB is that the longitudinal bending strength is much higher than the transverse bending strength, so it is suitable as a structural material, which is incomparable to medium density fiberboard and ordinary particleboard.

Because of the three-layer criss-cross structure, Ozon board is more uniform than ordinary particle board, has better toughness, strong nail holding power, and is not easy to swell when it is damp. It is used as a house structure abroad and is strong. But it is relatively thick, the surface is uneven and difficult to handle, and it is rarely made into furniture.
When Ozon board came to China, it has almost become an upgraded substitute of large core board, with good quality and high price. It is especially suitable for the base layer of the background wall. After painting or other covering, there is very little direct exposure. It is mostly used for hotel decoration, and now it is also useful for high-end home decoration, but it is still rarely used by the public.
