The Usage of MDF Fiberboard
Furniture manufacturing: At present, MDF is mainly used to replace natural wood for furniture production. It can produce all kinds of panel combination furniture or disassembled furniture; tabletops or panels with special-shaped edges; furniture skeletons; processing various decorative lines or parts; surface decoration after veneering.
Construction materials: Laminate flooring developed on the basis of MDF is another major use of MDF. Doors, siding and partitions, room dividers, building components such as skirtings, stair railings can also be made.
Vehicle and ship manufacturing: It can be used in shipbuilding, vehicle inner wall panels, roof panels, partitions, etc. to replace natural panels. It has the characteristics of low cost, simple processing, high utilization rate, and more economical than natural wood.
