1. Physical and mechanical properties

However, because MDF is made of logs that are ground into fibers, which completely changes the structure of the wood, it has higher moisture absorption, water absorption performance, and higher thickness expansion rate, and its nail holding power is worse than that of particleboard.
2. Decorative performance
Because the surface of medium density fiberboard is flat and smooth, it is easy to glue planed veneer and tissue paper and other decorative materials, and it is easy to paint and save paint.
3. Processing performance
Medium density fiberboard can be produced from a few millimeters to tens of millimeters thick, can replace any thickness of wood, square timber, and has good mechanical processing performance, sawing, drilling, slotting, tenoning, sanding and engraving , The edge of the plate can be processed according to any shape, and the surface is smooth after processing.
