What is Fire Resistant MDF?
Flame-retardant MDF is also called flame-retardant fiberboard and fire-resistant fiberboard. It is a kind of flame-retardant board. This material is made of wood fiber or other plant fiber, and urea-formaldehyde resin or other suitable adhesives are applied. The flame retardant is added to the production line to make boards with a density in the range of 500-880kg/m3.
Product advantages:
Flame retardant density board, its surface is flat and smooth, which is convenient for secondary processing. It can be pasted with rotary cut veneer, wood veneer, painted paper, impregnated paper, etc., and can also be directly painted, printed and finished; it has good mechanical processing performance, sawing, drilling , tenoning, milling, sanding and other processing properties are similar to wood, or even better than wood.
The main purpose:
1. Used for hanging panels, wall panels, showcase panels, and sound-absorbing panels;
2. Used in various office and hotel furniture, fire doors, ceilings, screens, partitions;
3. It is used as the base material of flame-retardant laminate flooring and flame-retardant door skin.
