Advantages of particleboard:
1. The surface of the particle board is smooth, the texture of the wood is realistic, beautiful and durable, and can be processed with various veneers;
2. The bulk density is uniform, the thickness error is small, and the amount of glue used in the production process is small, so the environmental protection factor is relatively high;
3. The granular shape of the internal cross-staggered structure makes the performance in all directions basically the same, the lateral load-bearing capacity is good, and it also has good sound absorption and sound insulation performance.
Particleboard is a wood-based panel processed from wood or other non-wood plants. The middle layer of the particle board is wood chips, and the two sides are finely-organized wood chips, which are formed by hot pressing with adhesives and other additives. According to the structure, it can be divided into single-layer, double-layer, and gradient structure particle boards. The surface layer of the particleboard is powder layered, and the particleboard with uniform texture is the best. The molecular structure of the particleboard is tight and the bending strength is high.
