1. During the pressurization process of the density board, the press operation is not standardized
In the manufacturing process, due to the irregular operation of the personnel operating the press and the problems of the press itself, the pressure plate is deformed, and the temperature of individual hot platens is not enough or the pressure is uneven, resulting in unbalanced internal force, uneven distribution of wood fiber and urea-formaldehyde glue inside the board will cause deformation of the board.It can cause density board deformation.
2. During the manufacturing process of the board, the density board is distorted and deformed due to the problem of the production process
During the manufacturing process of the density board, due to the problem of the production process, the local drying is uneven, and the moisture content inside the board is caused by the uneven sizing during the application of the urea-formaldehyde glue.
Differences, due to non-standard operation in the drying section, not strictly following the standards and requirements of the production process to strictly abide by the drying time, the curing of the urea-formaldehyde glue and the evaporation of moisture inside the board are relatively slow.

3. Problems caused by improper maintenance during use
(1) Furniture is often directly exposed to strong sunlight or baked for a long time with high-temperature artificial light sources nearby.
(2) If you forget to close the doors and windows in rainy days, the MDF will be soaked by the rain, the indoor ventilation effect is not good, and the indoor moisture cannot be distributed, which will cause the MDF to be damp and deformed.
(3) Use alkaline or acidic cleaning agents to clean the surface of the MDF.
