Advantages of MDF

2. The density board is relatively simple to make, paint, paint and other materials can be applied on its surface, and because the surface is relatively smooth, the overall feeling of the produced paint is beautiful, and it is a very good decorative board.
3. Wood veneer, tape film, decorative paper, and light metal can all be bonded on the surface of the material. At the same time, its physical properties are relatively stable, the material is uniform, and there is basically no cracking or deformation caused by dehydration.
Disadvantages of density board
1. Because it is a wood-based panel and made of fine wood chips, its quality is relatively heavy, it is inconvenient to cut, and its nail holding power is also relatively poor.
2. The disadvantage of the density board used in the production of showcases is that the moisture-proof performance is poor. If it is placed in a humid environment for a long time, it is easy to absorb water and swell. If the density board is used in the foot line, door frame and other places, it needs to be painted well to prevent it from drying out. Prevent deformation and water absorption.
