Manufacturing Process Broadcast

3. Fiber drying: heat grinding and sizing to make the moisture content of the fiber reach 40%-50%. If the fiber is not dried, it is difficult to adapt to the subsequent section. In this process section, the drying temperature is mainly controlled at about 165°C. It will cause the resin to pre-cure, which will affect the mechanical properties of the plate such as static bending (MOR) and pulling (IB).
4. Pavement: It will store the fibers in the fiber silo for a period of time after drying, and then send them to the pavement machine through the feeding fan, use the vacuum airflow to realize the rough forming of the fibers, and then realize the forming process of the board failure through the sweeping roller and the pre-pressing machine .
5. Hot pressing: It is an important process in the manufacture of MDF, which has a decisive effect on product quality and output. It is under the combined action of heat and pressure that the moisture in the slab is vaporized, evaporated, and the density increases. , Adhesives, waterproofing agents are redistributed, and a series of changes occur in each component of the raw material, so that various bonding forces are formed between the fibers, so that the product meets and meets the quality requirements.
