HDF for Packaging Materials
Density Board (wood), a kind of board, is divided into low density, medium density and high density according to density. Fiber density board is made of wood, tree branches and other objects soaked in water, crushed and pressed. It is a man-made board made of wood fibers or other plant fibers and applied with urea formaldehyde resin or other applicable adhesives.
According to their different densities, they are divided into high-density boards, medium density boards and low-density boards. Due to its soft and high impact strength, the density of the density board is uniform after being pressed, and it is also easy to reprocess. It is a good material for making furniture in foreign countries,
but its disadvantage is poor water resistance. Medium and high density boards are made by grinding small
diameter wood and adding glue under high temperature and pressure.
The density of low density boards is less than 450kg/m3, and that of medium density boards is 450kg - 600kg/m3. The density of high-density boards is 600kg~900kg/m3.
